Junior Registration Instructions
SEASON 2024-2025 REGISTRATIONS ARE NOW OPEN FOR U10 TO U16 PARTICIPANTS

Last season, our Cricket association moved from the MyCricket portal onto PlayHQ, which some of you may already be used to for other sports like basketball.
If you registered last season you are set to register again this season. If you did not register last season you will be required to either create a new account or use your existing PlayHQ credentials to register players.
All parents/guardians must have a Cricket ID. Instructions for all options follow:

Registering if you did noit register last season but have a historical MyCricket profile.
Firstly, you need to ensure you have a 'Cricket ID' that has claimed the MyCricket profile. To do this, follow these steps:
-
Step 1 - Ensure you have the 'PlayCricket' app on your mobile. You may actually find that the old blue coloured 'MyCricket' app has automatically updated and renamed itself to the new green PlayCricket app already. If not, delete 'MyCricket' and install 'PlayCricket'.
-
Step 2 - Login to PlayCricket using your 'Cricket ID'. This will be an email and password. (Note it is not specifically the same as the 'MyCricket ID' that you would have registered your child with for Keilor cricket in previous years). If you don't have a 'Cricket ID', create one. This account is for yourself, not in the child's name.
-
Step 3 - Once logged into PlayCricket, ensure your child's MyCricket profile is claimed.
-
Tap 'More' in the bottom options.
-
Tap your Name as the Account Holder
-
Under Linked Profiles, check if you child's name already exists, if not, click Add Profile
-
Using either the child's MyCricket ID (usually a 6 or 7 digit number) or their name, search for the child's MyCricket profile.
-
Click the resulting matched profile and enter the password associated with that MyCricket account. This is the password you would have used last season when registering via MyCricket.
-
Click to agree and complete the link.
-
Repeat this process for multiple children if required.
-
With this in place, click the [Register at PlayHQ] button on this page to register the child in PlayHQ
-
Step 4 - If you have an existing PlayHQ account you have used to register children in different sports, you can use those credentials. If not, create a new account.
-
Step 5 - Follow the prompts to fill in all applicable data for yourself and the child.
-
Step 6 - Select the appropriate registration type from the drop down list - eg. standard or additional sibling boy or girl.
-
Step 7 - Click the option to link your new PlayHQ account to your 'Cricket ID' as per above. This will ensure all returning players still have their historical stats attached to their name. Now simply complete payment to finalise your registration.
